Villa Loreta is located in the small village of Cabrunici in the heart of Istria. This beautiful house has more than 140m2 on two floors and is divided into 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom and dining area are on the first floor. On the second floor there is a living room, double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together with a shower/bathroom.
The private pool is 30 m2 (pool depth is 1.35 meters) and has a hydromassage area with multi-colored lighting that enhances the experience of an evening swim. The area surrounding the pool extends over 1000m2 of trimmed grass and is equipped with 5 sun loungers and a parasol made of natural materials. For children's safety, the garden is surrounded by a hedge and a fence made of natural stone. It also includes a barbecue area with dining table, located near the beautiful 30 m2 entertainment house (billiards, darts...) where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family and friends.
Villa Loreta is also fully air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV, DVD and Wi-Fi.The village of Cabrunici is located in the southern area of central Istria, in the municipality of Svetvinenat. It offers access to the highway to Pula via an old local road, so you can reach any sports, tourist and cultural facility in the area whenever you want within 20 minutes.
The area of today's village was inhabited in ancient times, while the settlement as we know it today was founded in the 16th century by the refugees from Dalmatia to escape the Ottoman Empire. About 120 people in the village decided to follow in the footsteps of their ancestors, in the cultivation of olives and grapes and the breeding of small cattle, all of which contributed to the development of the region's irresistible gastronomy ? Truffles, fu?i (traditional Istrian pasta), pr?ut (smoked ham), goat cheese or mane?tra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) refined with homemade olive oil and rounded off with famous Croatian Malvasia or Pinot.
