Nestled in a quiet side valley between Petra and San Joan, this charming villa "Son Capellet" is located on land that was once used for agriculture and offers a unique and peaceful environment.

This is a holiday home in Fincallorca.

Ideal for those seeking relaxation, the villa is surrounded by mature trees and has a large pool terrace with relaxing sun loungers and parasols. The pool, with a child-safe area and comfortable steps, is perfect for a morning dip. The pool area opens onto a partially covered terrace, which is ideal for barbecues with family and friends.

Inside, the villa combines tasteful furniture with traditional beamed ceilings, marble floors and air-conditioned rooms. The spacious living area has a flat screen TV and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. There are five double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families.

Located close to one of Mallorca's best cycling routes, this villa is perfect for cycling enthusiasts, with secure bike storage. For large groups, "Son Capellet" can be rented with other villas, including "Son March" EMF006 and "Sa Sinia" EMF050, which offer privacy and share a tennis court and volleyball court. Out of consideration for others, parties cannot be held in the villa.

"Son Capellet" is located in the east of Mallorca, with sensational views of the peak of Puig de Bonany. It is located approx. 4 km from Petra with several restaurants and small supermarkets. The beautiful beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina are just a short drive away. Sineu, known for the best weekly market (Wednesday) on the island, can also be reached in just 20 minutes.
