The free ski bus stops several times a day at the bus stops, which you can walk to in just 5 to 10 minutes (ski area Hochzillertal, Hochfügen and Spieljoch).The house is particularly suitable for your large family or groups of friends up to 10 people. In the well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven and dishwasher ..., you can try your hand at preparing traditional Zillertal delicacies. In the ground floor is the ski room, where your ski boots can dry overnight on the ski boot dryer.On the first floor of the Emmi holiday home you will find three double rooms, each with its own washbasin and balcony. A bathroom and a separate toilet. A toilet and two other double rooms, each with its own washbasin and balcony, are on the second floor. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV and WiFi. In summer you can enjoy the sun on our own sunbathing lawn or end the day with a barbecue. Or relax on the ground floor of the house after an active day in the mountains by the tiled stove in the cozy farmhouse parlor with satellite TV.The Emmi holiday home offers the ideal starting point for cycling tours directly from the accommodation, climbing experiences and hiking tours with which you can explore the mountains of the Zillertal. On hot days, the surrounding natural bathing lakes and outdoor pools provide refreshment. Golf lovers should not miss the newly built 18-hole championship golf course in Uderns.The Emmi holiday home is also ideally located for your winter holiday in the Zillertal. In the immediate vicinity, the Spieljoch and Hochzillertal-Hochfügen family ski areas offer ski courses, guest kindergartens and numerous kilometers of slopes.
