Holiday apartment beach at 300 m

The holiday apartment built in 1990 and is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard.

Pješćana Uvala, 21 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property and on the street in front of the house.
