The three-room holiday apartment is on the upper floor and in the attic of a three-family house and consists of a cosy living room, kitchen and dining corner, a bedroom with a double bed (high-quality box spring bed, 180 x 200cm), another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm) in the attic, a bathroom with a shower and a separate guest WC. Other highlights are the fireplace stove in the living room and the almost private sauna, shared only with guests at the neighbouring almost identical apartment.
The sunny loggia facing south rounds off the holiday experience. You can park your car conveniently on the private parking space right in front of the house.
This exceptional apartment with around 50m² of living space for two to four people is suitable for a double booking together with the adjacent second apartment (no. 1010203), e.g. for acquainted couples or a large family who would like to spend their holiday together but enjoy separate accommodation.
The apartment is just 200 metres from the embankment and two cross-overs to the beach, and a further 150 metres from the Kurhaus, the pier and the start of the two strolling miles.
