Studios with a garden, right by the beach and on the edge of the forest

The residential house is in a top location right by the sea, in a peaceful little bay on the island of Pašman, backing onto a pine forest.

The house offers four fully-furnished apartments with a balcony and a guest room. The terrace with a roofed outdoor kitchen is ideal for grilling, preparing meals or relaxing and is for the use of all guests. Parking spaces are available.

It is a ten-metre walk to the beach. The centre is only 500 metres away, a ten-minute walk, with various cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts.

This studio is on the first floor of the first row to the sea traditional dalmatian house situated in a beautiful small bay Lucina. House is surrouded with pine forest in back and sea in front. The beach is in front of the house, few steps away.



This air-conditioned studio is on the first floor and can accommodate up to three people. The room has a double and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe, a sitting area with a table and two chairs, and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. A cooking niche and a dining table are available, as well as Wi-Fi.



Accommodations are on the first floor of the traditional dalmatian house that is situated in the small bay Lucina, surrounded by sea in front and woods in the back. Guests can enjoy themselves in a large summer kitchen traditionaly decorated, with everything they need to prepare meals (grill, stove).  The bay offers all types of beaches .The balcony with a table and two chairs affords a wonderful view of the pine forest.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch am Ende einer kleinen Badebucht gelegen. Sie ist eine von insgesamt vier Appartements im Obergeschoss der Villa Mama Roza. Im Erdgeschoss wohnt der Vermieter. Dieser ist sehr freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Das optionale Essen wird professionell vom Vermieter zubereitet und ist sehr zu empfehlen.
    Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist traumhaft, die Ferienwohnung für 2 oder 2+1 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Für unser mitgebrachtes Schlauchboot haben wir eine Top-Anlegestelle direkt vor der Haustür bekommen. Ausflüge mit dem Boot zu den umgebenden Inseln sind durch die geschützte Lage auch im August/September kein Problem. Das Wasser ist kroatientypisch kristallklar und super zum Schnorcheln geeignet.
    Insgesamt ein Traumurlaub zu kleinem Preis, den wir nur zu gerne wiederholen werden.”
