The 55m² holiday apartment is in a very quiet side street in Torre di Mezzo, about 50 metres from the sea.
This light and well-equipped attic apartment is on the first floor and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and the other with two single beds (80 x 190cm). The open kitchen is in the light living and dining room and provides all the necessary appliances, for both cooking and baking. There is also a microwave if you are in a hurry. A coffee machine, toaster and kettle facilitate breakfast. The fridge also has a freezer compartment, for storing groceries optimally during your stay. The fresh and light living and dining room has air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The bathroom and the bedrooms have heating (thermal fan).
You can admire the sea and enjoy a glass of wine on the big veranda with garden furniture, or on the big balcony. The grill is for your own exclusive use, for preparing interesting meals. You can arrive by car, as there are parking spaces available.
The apartment is accessed up independent stairs and a separate entrance. Free wireless Internet access is available, with good reception in all the rooms. There is an alarm system. There are bicycles available for use free of charge.
It is about 1500 metres to grocery shops, restaurants and cafés. During the summer months there are many wine festivals, performances and concerts. In September and October there are a lot of wine tasting events in the neighbouring localities.
