Renovated (2014), modern holiday apartments with their own balcony, near the beach, not far from the pedestrian zone of Lapad and Petka Park, with regular bus connections to Dubrovnik

This family-run house provides modern holiday apartments. It is in a quiet neighbourhood on the Lapad peninsula near the beach and about two kilometres from the old town of Dubrovnik.

The apartments are comfortably furnished to a high standard. They were renovated just recently in 2014 and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay. All the apartments are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine and wireless Internet access. A cot and a highchair can be provided free of charge on request for families with toddlers.

Each apartment has its own furnished balcony. Near the house there is a parking lot where you can park your car for a fee. But the parking lot can’t be guaranteed by the owner.

It is only about 250 metres to the beach, so you can walk there easily. There are regular bus connections to Dubrovnik. Bus line 4 runs every 15 minutes from the bus stop near the house. Lapad is famous for its shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and promenades, as well as Petka Park with attractive hiking and cycling trails, just a few steps from the house. If you would like to be active, there are water sports facilities at the nearby beach. It is just a ten-minute walk from the house to a diving club. If you are holidaying with children, there are playgrounds in the pedestrian zone in Lapad, just a two-minute walk away. There are also companies offering tours or boat trips.The distance to the nearest supermarket and a bakery is 200 meters. A green market is located about one kilometer away.

Spacious Apartment in Dubrovnik with Barbecue and Terrace

This 72m² spacious apartment is tastefully furnished, very well-equipped and can accommodate six people. It has two bedrooms, a big living room with air conditioning, a bathroom, and a modern kitchen. Each bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (160 x 190 cm). The bathroom has a washing machine, shower, WC, washbasin and cupboard with a mirror. The kitchen includes a dining space for four people and has a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The terrace in front of the living room will no doubt be your favourite spot. It is enclosed by a wall, has an outdoor grill and a dining table with chairs, and a stone bench with cushions. You can relax or grill here in complete privacy and end the day with a glass of wine.
