The specialty of the house is a spacious basement where there is a sauna, but also a room for getting together, more like a tavern with an additional kitchen, where you can play pool or darts. Refreshment from the summer heat can be found in the pool or in the shade of a covered terrace. The pool is equipped with hydro-massage jets. Visit Rovinj, Porec, Rabac, and ancient Pula rich historical and cultural heritage, as well as culinary delights and entertainment options. The neighboring house is CIC408 of the same owner.
