Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Mattresses and refrigerator were renewed in early 2020.

In Winter general free entrance to the Tauern Hallenbad for all guests. Cottage "Elisabeth". In the centre of Mallnitz, in a sunny position. Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Public parking. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Ski lift 4 km, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

    “Trotz der Lage direkt an der Durchgangsstraße und nicht allzuweit vom Bahndamm entfernt hört man nachts sehr wenig von Autos oder Eisenbahn.
    Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Die Außenanlagen laden ein zum Sonnenbaden direkt vor der Haustür und zum Essen im Freien.
    Der Verwalter / Hausmeister ist sehr zuvorkommend und um das Wohl der Gäste mehr als bemüht.
    Er war jeden Tag am Haus, ohne wirklich lästig zu sein. Er hat nach den Blumen gesehen und uns bei Antreffen gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung wäre, oder ob es irgendwelche Probleme gäbe. Es gab keine Probleme. Für uns eine völlig neue Erfahrung! Unsere bisherigen Vermieter sahen wir beim Ein- und Auschecken oder höchstens mal durch Zufall. Es ist schon von Vorteil, wenn ein Verantwortlicher sich ab und zu mal sehen lässt. Wir sind hochzufrieden.”
