Typical Dalmatian house, for the construction of which the owner used only natural materials, ideal for two families who want to spend a nice holiday together. Beside a beautiful garden with lots of small places for afternoon tea with a good book in front of the house there is also a rocky beach, perfect for all day lying in the sun. The island of Pasman is one of the most beautiful islands that have managed to keep the untouched nature therefore has the house no conventional electricity but uses solar energy and about 30 meters to the house is not accessible by car. The island is connected with frequent ferry connections with Biograd and Zadar over the island of Ugljan.

    “Perfekter Urlaub! Ankommen und wohlfühlen!
    Man hat einfach alles, was man braucht, ob im Haus oder im Garten und das in 1.Reihe fußfrei!
    Belegung: 5E, 2K war optimal und jeder findet sein Lieblingsplätzchen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
    Sehr empfehlenswert zum Relaxen in absoluter Ruhelage!”

    “Wir wurden direkt vom Vermieter auf das freundlichste Empfangen. Auch in weitere Folge hatte der Vermieter immer ein offenes Ohr und man wusste um eine zuverlässige Anlaufstelle, falls es Probleme gegeben hätte. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Küste ausserhalb von Banji und damit sehr ruhig und im Grünen. Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus (2 separate Schlafzimmer, 2 Doppelbetten abtrennbar im Wohnzimmer) besticht nicht nur mit einem frei stehenden Kamin, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche mit 4 Gasherdplatten, sonder v.a. der Liebe zum Detail. Das Haus ist umgeben von einem grossen Garten, der ideal für Kinder zum spielen ist da er vom Meer durch eine kleine Steinmauer abgetrennt ist. Der direkt Zugang zum Meer mit Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeit sowie einem kleinen Steg lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Neben der grossen, überdachten Terrasse, gibt es mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, die zum Verweilen einladen. Zusammengefasst lässt sich nur sagen .... SUPER ... C U next year!”

    “Liebevoll eingerichtet und nach hohem Standard ausgestattet. Zustand sehr gut und sehr sauber. Belegung mit Familie (2E, 2K) war sehr komfortabel, Belegung bis 6 E sehr gut möglich. Lage am Meer mit großem, traumhaftem Garten herrlich. Sehr ruhig, da nur ein Nachbarhaus in unmittelbarer Nähe.”
