This vacation apartment is located in the quiet and rural southwest of Nafplio, near the beaches of Kandia and Drepano, which here stretch to the horizon. Nafplio is one of the most picturesque places in Greece, offering many surprises. Stroll to the main square lined with beautiful tavernas and enjoy the special atmosphere. Visit the beautiful bay and the old town with the lively Staikopoulo Street. The Venetian Fortress on Bourdzi Island is also worth a visit, as are the ancient sites of Mycenae and Epidauros. A crib is available upon request.

    “Das Haus ist an und für sich in Ordnung, allerdings erfolgte in 2 Wochen Aufenthalt keine Betreuung (Bettwäsche wechseln usw.), der Garten ist für kleine Kinder zum Herumtollen nicht geeignet. Das Haus wäre etwas für ältere Reisende, es liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen. Zu erwähnen ist noch unbedingt, das die Nähe zum Meer mit 500m angegeben, fraglich ist und der Weg dahin eher unwegsam und steinig ist. Außerdem ist der Strand ungepflegt und nicht einladend. Auch Restaurantnähe kann man nicht unbedingt bestätigen. Kantia ist eine kleine aber sehr verzweigte Ortschaft mit einem kleinen urigen Landgasthaus, welches im Jahr unserer Meinung nach kaum Touristen zu Besuch hat, auch von einem kleinen Geschäft in der Nähe war nicht viel zu bemerken.     “Erg ruim, redelijk modern ingericht huis. Er is een erg groot terrein aan, en dankzij de rustige ligging, kun je echt lekker chillen op het terras of ergens in de ruime tuin (enkel het oorverdovende getjirp van de krekels moet je er wel bijnemen). De tv heeft zo'n 139 kanalen, maar wel allemaal Duitstalig. Wij verbleven in de benedenverdieping en hadden geluk dat de 1ste verdieping leeg stond, zodat we het gehele terrein voor ons alleen hadden.
    Een rustig, bijna verlaten strand (wel met de nodige wildkampeerders) is vlakbij, maar ook voor verdere uitstappen is de ligging perfect. Prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is dus erg gunstig. Ik raad dit dan ook ten volle aan.”

    “Bij aankomst kregen we fruit en een fles wijn. Het appartement is rustig gelegen. De bedden zijn goed. Er is veel ruimte in en om huis. De airco's werken goed. We kregen beperkte informatie over het huis. De woning was niet erg schoon. Er ontbrak een prullenbak en glaswerk. Dit werd later door de eigenaar gebracht. Verder hebben we uit het bovenappartement een waterkoker , koffiezetter en lampen geleend. Keukengerei was zeer beperkt aanwezig. De elektriciteitsvoorziening is onder de maat.(kortsluiting) De tv werkt niet. In de douche ontbrak de ophanghaak voor de douchekop. De kussens voor het tuinmeubilair waren kapot en vies. De vuilnisbak buiten de ommuring werd dagelijks leeggehaald door loslopende honden. Dit gaf een hoop rommel buiten de poort. De BBQ hebben we niet gebruikt. Er liepen daar 's avonds ratten rond. Het huis valt te vinden op de site onder de plaatsnaam Nafplion. Dit is echter 15 km verderop gelegen. Dat is een autorit van ca. 25 minuten!
