    “Typisch Italiaans huis qua inrichting. Ouderwets maar schoon, zeer ruim. Zwembad is klein en niet echt goed onderhouden. De tuin nodigt niet uit om er te gaan zitten. Het overdekte terras voor algemeen gebruik was niet meer overdekt en het huis kan ook wel wat onderhoud gebruiken. Tijdens onze laatste nacht een flinke regenbui waardoor er een lekkage ontstond in de slaapkamer.
    Het huis is opgedeeld in meerdere appartementen waarvan er verschillende bezet waren tijdens ons verblijf maar hiervan merk je erg weinig, heb je geen hinder van.”
