This house in a unique, very quiet location offers its guests a lot of privacy. On the property is a 1.80 m deep swimming pond. Through the spacious living room you have direct access to the covered terrace with garden furniture and loungers, and in the garden there are several seating areas with beautiful views.

A modern bathroom with tub and the two bedrooms are on the same level as the small but efficiently equipped kitchen. An interior staircase leads to a slightly downstairs and separate apartment with the second bathroom, a spacious kitchen with gas stove and a winter garden with seating and sleeping for two people. From the winter garden you can also reach the terrace and the garden.

The new stove is a fireplace with special hay power. Details about the operation you will receive from the owner.

Your vacation home is located in a beautiful nature reserve, 8 km from the charming and lively town of Bad Münstereifel and about an hour's drive from each Bonn and Cologne. A very beautiful area for hiking and cycling.

Please note that the area may be affected by flood damage, which is why some activities in the vicinity may not be usable.
