This unique estate on an approximately 4000 m² fenced plot is located in a peaceful location and is surrounded by greenery. Give yourself the perfect break in this delightful ensemble that offers space for maximum eight people and consists of three residential units. While two units have one bedroom with kitchenette, a bathroom and a terrace, the third unit consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with living room and a terrace. On the property there is also a pool, a hot tub, a barbecue and a boccia field at your disposal. There is a tennis and basketball court, which can be used against a prior agreement with the owner and against additional payment. On the spacious grounds there is a vegetable garden and many fruit trees such as figs, tangerines and lemons. Swim on the beautiful beaches in nearby Supetar and take a walk through the town center with harbor, restaurants and other major facilities.
