Die Wohnungen im Erd- und Obergeschoss wurden ab Juli 2015 erstmals vermietet. Sie sind separat nutzbar oder können auf Wunsch auch verbunden werden. Die dritte Wohnung in der Anlage ist dauerhaft vermietet. Hier wohnen zwei Irish Wolfhound Rüden mit ihrem Frauchen.
Zum Haus gehört ein 8000 m² großes, eingezäuntes Freilaufgelände für Ihre vierbeinigen Begleiter. Das Besondere dabei: das Gelände hat einen direkten Zugang vom Haus. Kein Anleinen, Tür auf und der Spaß kann beginnen. Es sind fünf private Pkw-Stellplätze vorhanden.
Die gesamte Wohnanlage verfügt über einen gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Wintergarten und Terrasse mit Platz für geselliges Miteinander. Für Gäste, die sich gerne die Zeit kurzweilig vertreiben möchten, stehen im Wintergarten auch ein Kickertisch zur Verfügung.

Des Weiteren ist die historische Burg zu erwähnen. Auch der Beerster See mit seinem Rundwanderweg ist sehr empfehlenswert für einen Aktivurlaub mit Hund. Im circa 25 Kilometer entfernten Dorum-Neufeld gibt es einen Hundestrand, wo bei Ebbe ausgiebige Spaziergänge ohne Leine im Watt gemacht werden können - für Mensch und Hund immer wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Cuxhaven ist circa 40 Kilometer, Bremerhaven circa 25 Kilometer entfernt.
