The ground floor is about 33 m² in size .The apartment consists of master bedroom, living and dining room, bathroom and specious (16m2) terrace with barbecue facilities and parking spot, with maximum capacity of four (4) persons (+ one auxiliary bed).
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children.
