    “Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne und sehr ruhige Lage mit viel Wiese drumherum, direkt am Klarälv. Auf den ersten Eindruck macht das Haus einen sehr gemütlichen Eindruck, wenn man allerdings die erste Nacht auf der - relativ schlechten - Schlafcouch verbracht hat, trübt dies doch ein bißchen die Stimmung. Ein neuer Herd und ein neuer Kühlschrank sind vorhanden und wiegen die Mängel im Sanitärbereich auf.
