The property is on the hills in the countryside, with sea view, surrounded by a private garden with above-ground pool, a dependence with large window and a dedicated room for parties. Worthy of a visit are the famous beaches in Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, Genoa (50 Km), with its historical center, the ancient harbor and the famous Aquarium, the mundane Portofino (30 Km).     “De ligging van het huis is prachtig en de eigenaar, Giovanni, heel erg vriendelijk! Ontvangst was gastvrij (wijn en fruit stonden klaar).
    Er is veel ruimte maar min punt zijn echt de zitmogelijkheden etc. In de woonkamer alleen een bedbank en verder geen comfortabele stoelen. Op het terras (met prachtig uitzicht) zijn de stoelen verroest en sommige met ijzerdraad aan elkaar gebonden. In de tuin zijn 4 ligstoelen maar allemaal stuk: de rugleuningen kunnen niet omhoog omdat de scharnieren kapot zijn.
    Badkamers zijn prima.
    Eten koken was wel een uitdaging omdat de meeste pannen geen deksel hadden. Bij het aanrecht geen kastjes of opberg mogelijkheden. Alle borden en glazen stonden kris kras door elkaar in een soort kelder kast die wel wat schoner zou mogen.
