Cosy bungalow on the edge of a forest
The holiday house enjoys a quiet location, bordering a forest.
The fully heated bungalow provides around 70m² of living space, comprising a living and dining room with a glass front, an open kitchen that is fully-equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom and a guest WC. The bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) has a door leading directly into the garden. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, towel radiator and toilet. There is an additional guest WC. The living and dining room flooded with daylight affords a view of greenery. You can immerse yourself in books on the comfortable sofas and armchairs. One sofa can also be used as a bed for one person. The modern flatscreen TV provides entertainment. Two terrace doors lead from the living room out towards the large, mature garden.
The generous outdoor area with a terrace provides garden furniture and a canopy beach chair for relaxing. The garden for your own exclusive use has mature trees and bushes and is sheltered from views in from the neighbouring sites. A driveway about 30 metres long leads from the road to the two private car parking spaces about 20 metres from the property. The site of around 1200m² is completely enclosed, except for the driveway.
The whole property has free wireless Internet access.
Everyday shops such as a bakery, butcher and supermarket can be found in Braunfels about 1km away. The nearest restaurant is about 500 metres away. The holiday house, bordering a forest, is an ideal starting point for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers, active holiday-makers and the more leisurely. The Lahn cycle path is recommended for cyclist and mountain bikers. You can hire canoes for a trip on the Lahn about 2km away. There is a golf course nearby. You can also visit the Braunfels old town about 2km away with its charming restaurants, cafés and bars, as well as Braunfels Castle.
