Holiday house with two apartments and a pool, in a quiet location near the picturesque bays at Pula
The holiday house is on the outskirts of Pula, on the southern tip of the Istrian peninsula. The location is quiet, but close to the attractions.
It consists of two adjacent holiday apartments that are only let out together during the summer months.
They are on the ground floor and each has its own entrance, ensuring ample privacy. The larger of the two apartments has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 x 190cm), a dresser and bedside tables, and one with two single beds (90 x 190cm) and a desk. The spacious living room-kitchen has a sofa, a central dining table with chairs and a kitchen unit equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a hairdryer. There is air conditioning in the corridor with a heating function. There is also a fireplace stove (firewood is provided for a fee). A folding bed can be set up for a fifth person. The second apartment is smaller and is also on two floors. The lower floor has a living room-kitchen with a sofa, an armchair that can be pulled out as a single bed, a dining table and a kitchen unit with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster and fridge-freezer, as well as a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Stairs lead to the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 190cm). The living room-kitchen has air conditioning (cool/warm) The apartments offer free wireless Internet access and satellite TV.
The site of around 800m² is completely enclosed. The highlight of the holiday residence is the pool with a sunny terrace with loungers and parasols, so you can sunbathe and relax. There is a gazebo with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying meals. Free parking spaces are available on a private site nearby.
Outside of the summer season only the larger apartment is let out, no. 1162944. The nearest restaurants, bars and grocery shops are within 1000 metres. In the centre of Pula about 3km away there are further shops and many bars and restaurants. Beaches and picturesque bays are within easy access. There are also tennis courts nearby.
