Position
The seafront villa overlooks a bathing cliff in a charming location, only 300 m from the sandy beach of Cava d’Aliga. It is located in the area of Punta di Corvo, a suggestive coastline characterized by indented cliffs and small inlets, which today is part of a natural reserve.
Cava d’Aliga is a nice seaside hamlet a few kilometres from Sampieri and Donnalucata, enjoying a wide beach and a suggestive panoramic view.
The accommodation boasts a strategic position to visit the tourist sites in Val di Noto.
Besides, it is 30 km from the golf courses of Donnafugata Golf Resort & Spa.

Inside Description
The villa is luminous and spacious and is furnished in a modern style.
It has three floors and offers two kitchens, a living area with panoramic view and two sleeping areas with 8 rooms and 4 bathrooms with shower.
The whole villa is equipped with Internet Wi-Fi connection.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is a first sleeping area consisting of 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower.
The two double bedrooms enjoy a sea view and overlook a furnished veranda. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Two single bedrooms, with the possibility to add an extra bed.
A second bathroom with shower.
All rooms provide hot/cold air conditioning.

First Floor
The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower. The two double bedrooms enjoy a wonderful sea view and overlook a furnished veranda. One of them is equipped with TV and satellite decoder and has a kitchen complete with kitchenette, fridge and freezer.

Second Floor
The second floor consists of a luminous and elegant living room surrounded by windows, which offers a breathtaking view on the coast going from Sampieri to Donnalucata.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen separated from the main building.
Furnished with table and chairs, it is equipped with kitchenette, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven and microwave.
The kitchen overlooks the furnished terrace.

Outside Description
This three-stored seafront villa offers several outdoor spaces.
Two terraces, one on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor, overlooking the sea and enjoying a suggestive panoramic view.
A wide inner terrace on the ground floor with swimming pool, equipped with sunbeds, tables and chairs, allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors.

Cava d'Aliga, seafaring village of the municipality of Scicli, offers a beautiful beach characterized by the presence of two cliffs that offer a fascinating viewpoint. The origin of the name seems to be related to the presence of algae that after every storm filled the beautiful white sand beach. The small cliffs on this stretch of coast and formed through the waves, suggestive of the host cavity: the case of the beautiful Smuggler's Cave, deep quarry located on the east coast of the main beach and crossed by a strip of sea in the first afternoon illuminates a light spectacular. The area of Punta Corvo, where an old lighthouse now abandoned, is characterized by rugged cliffs and small coves covered with palmettos.
