Pleasant Holiday House in Dvornica with Open Fireplace and Panoramic View

This exclusive holiday villa enjoys a perfect seaside holiday location literally just steps from the blue Adriatic in the picturesque locality Kanica along the sunny south coast of Dalmatia.Enclosed, recently (2018) fully renovated holiday villa right by the sea with a private concrete beach and a boat jetty, and a traditional stone grill on the sunny terrace

The two-storey holiday villa from the year 1989 was extensively renovated just recently in 2012 and provided with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living space of 100m² comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, three bedrooms and two luxurious daylight bathrooms. The living room downstairs has a comfortable sofa, smart TV, a stereo surrounding system (outside&inside) speakers and a wooden dining table with six chairs. An open fireplace exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. You go through a wide archways made of rustic natural stone into the stylish blue and grey glossy built-in kitchen, with the latest appliances: dishwasher, three-zone gas and one-zone electric hob, oven, extra-large fridge with a freezer compartment and a water dispenser, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The spacious daylight bathroom on the ground floor is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. A wide spiral staircase leads to the upper floor with the bedrooms and the second bathroom. Of the three bedrooms, two are furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the third with a double bed (each 160x200cm). The daylight bathroom here on the upper floor is fitted the same as the one on the ground floor. The house has a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge.

All three bedrooms benefit from a private balcony affording an extensive panoramic view over the sea. The living room opens onto the sunny terrace, from where it is just a few steps to your private concrete beach with direct access to the crystal clear sea. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. Right next to the sunny terrace in front of the house there is a traditional stone grill inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals together under a starry sky. If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking space right in front of the villa on the fenced site.

The concrete beach can also serve as a boat jetty. A motorboat (three types of small motorboats - Quicksilver 555, Quicksilver 605 and Sessa Key Largo 24) can be hired from the owner on request at a supplementary charge. If you are interested in this offer, please make a note on your booking.

Your holiday villa is about 2km from the centre of Kanica, where you can find shops, colourful markets and a good range of cafés and restaurants. The coastal town of Rogoznica about 13km away with its romantic harbour makes an interesting day trip.

    “Direkt am Meer, sehr freundlicher und aufgeschlossener Besitzer, gut für Freediving, homeoffice, einfach gemütlich! Positiv: Ein Haus direkt am Meer mit eigenem Zugang.     “Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit
    Kleiner Garten mit Bäumen, hervorzuheben ist der eigene Zugang zum Meer
    Im Abstand von ca. 100 Metern findet sich ein öffentlicher Badeplatz, der im August von vielen Menschen besucht war. Im Garten oben beim Haus ist man vom Lärm weitgehend geschützt, unten beim Meer weniger.
    Küchenausstattung in Ordnung, die 2 Badezimmer - eines mit Waschmaschine ausgestattet, beide mit Duschen, ebenfalls okay. Funktionierende Klimaanlage gegen Aufpreis. Es gibt einen schattigen Parkplatz für zwei kleine Autos bzw. ein größeres, welcher durch ein Tor geschützt ist., Das Haus ist empfehlenswert, wenn man den Urlaub unter Einheimischen und etwas abgeschieden vom Touristenstrom verbringen möchte. Uns hat es gefallen.”

    “Das Haus ist einfach phantastisch und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer ist atemberaubend. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir mussten uns keine Sorgen machen, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”

    “Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Ferienhaus! Die Lage und die Terrasse sind ein einziger Traum. Der Blick von der Terrasse über das türkisfarbige Meer und die private Atmosphäre waren genau das, was wir uns erträumt hatten. Super ideal ist das Anwesen für Hundebesitzer, unser Cocker Spaniel hatte hier ein Paradies.”
