Idyllic holiday apartment in a sunny location on a slope with a view of the Alps

The holiday apartment is on a south-facing slope between some country houses on a side street with little traffic in Hinterlengau.

The outdoor area has a large sunny terrace and a private garden. The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and two garden loungers. There is also a gas grill with lava stones. Two parking spaces are available.

The apartment has two bedrooms each with a double bed (180cm wide), bedside tables, a dresser and a wardrobe. There is a large living and dining room with a corner bench, a table, chairs and a country kitchen with a nostalgic electric stove and a ceramic hob, an upholstered seating corner, a coffee table, an armchair with a stool, an antique rustic cupboard and antique chest. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin, shower, toilet and a separate toilet with a washbasin.

It is a few minutes’ walk from the apartment to the restaurant Lengauer Hof, as well as to the free ski bus. In winter there are horse-drawn sleds and in summer a fun train with wagons taking our guests to the Lindling-Alm and the climbing park with the Golden Gate Bridge. Hiking trails lead directly from the house to several high meadows and chalets. The cable car is about 2km away. The nearest grocery shop is in Hinterglemm about 3km away, but you can also make use of a bread rolls delivery service at an agreed time.

The whole apartment features high-quality furniture made by a carpenter. Each room is tastefully and individually decorated.
