In the heart of the beautiful Vulkaneifel Nature Park, surrounded by ancient volcanic maars, the holiday home is in a fantastic location. The lovingly furnished house is far away from the stress of everyday life, right on the edge of the forest. The private road leading to the house has little traffic and is therefore very quiet (no through traffic). Thanks to its central location, the bungalow offers numerous opportunities to get to know the highlights of the Eifel.

On the 545 m² large and very well-kept property you can really enjoy nature - the ideal place for relaxation in the middle of the Eifel at a unique price-performance ratio. With its approx. 80 m² of living space, the holiday home offers enough room for up to 6 people, who are also welcome to bring their four-legged friends.

In the cosily furnished living area you will find a modern, newly equipped kitchen. The exclusive equipment includes a ceramic hob with extractor bonnet, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine. The kitchen flows into a large dining room. A special highlight is the open wood-burning fireplace, which is integrated into a beautiful conservatory. The fireplace can be lit here on cold days, quickly creating a cosy atmosphere of bearskin romance. The fireplace room is also heated by underfloor heating. In the summer months, the conservatory invites you to open the glass fronts to the terrace and let the surrounding nature into the bungalow. The exclusive bathroom has also been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. One highlight here is certainly the barrier-free walk-in shower. The walk-in shower even has underfloor heating, as does the entire bathroom. Other features include an illuminated vanity mirror, a hairdryer and, on request, a linen pack with hand and shower towels.

The house has two newly furnished bedrooms. In keeping with the forest view concept, both rooms have a cosy wooden look. A double bed with height-adjustable slatted frame awaits our guests in the first room. The second bedroom has a customised bunk bed. The bunk bed, which is loved by our guests, consists of two very comfortable single beds, each measuring 0.9m x 2.0m. The equipment includes a clock radio and even a smartphone iHome alarm clock. If required, a comfortable sofa bed and an extra bed can also be used in the living area. The beds can be freshly made on request when you arrive.

For our younger guests, we can provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request. The house has a telephone connection that can be used free of charge for domestic calls. A WLAN hotspot (WiFi) is installed and offers fast Internet reception on request. A large 43-inch TV (109 cm) with satellite reception, a DVD player with various films, a hi-fi system, books and various entertainment games round off the entertainment options.

The outdoor area has been beautifully designed and laid out for the new season. The neighbouring forest is home to various animal species, which can even be observed from the bungalow. The property is fenced in with hedges and there are two integrated garden gates. This allows children and dogs to run free. An American BBQ grill is available on the spacious terrace - firewood is provided on site. There is a second terrace. Our guests can relax in the covered lounge, protected from the weather, and sit outside even in rainy weather. For your safety, several smoke detectors and a CO gas detector are installed in the holiday bungalow.

Our guests will find hiking and Nordic walking trails, mountain bike routes and the opportunity to fish at Heilbachsee lake, 300 metres away, right next to the bungalow. Gunderath is a small, quiet Eifel village just a few minutes' walk away.
There are numerous excursion destinations within a radius of a few kilometres. There is something for everyone here - the maars, a volcano museum, a lava bomb, a cold-water geyser, various medieval castles, a wildlife park with monkey gorge and toboggan run, the world's largest mousetrap with museum, a wolf gorge with eagle show, a crime museum, the Moselle with wine taverns and the legendary Grüne Holle race track. We are even a partner of the Nürburgring! A house in the middle of the Eifel - the Vulkaneifel holiday region is very diverse.

A paradise for 4 paws - with us, you and your partner with a cold snout are in the right place! Dog holidays are no problem in this house thanks to our highly praised cleaning team. The dog basket is already ready for your four-legged friend! You are welcome to bring one or more dogs with you, the property and the location are certainly ideal for your four-legged friend. Take your dog for a walk in the countryside without any traffic, starting right at the bungalow. The Vulkaneifel holiday region also offers many opportunities for long walks. The Hochkelberg panorama trail leads right past the bungalow. In addition, the Eifelsteig, the Maare-Pfad and the Moselsteig are in the immediate vicinity of our house.
