These romantic, traditional natural stone houses are just outside Karlovici, nestled into the lush nature landscape in the inland area of the sunny Istrian peninsula.

The private site comprises two natural stone houses. One serves as a separate holiday house, while the other is divided into two self-contained holiday apartments.

Outside on the enclosed, green site, a shared pool awaits you with a metal ladder for convenient entry and an outdoor shower. You can gather around the traditional stone grill on the generous sunny terrace and enjoy leisurely meals together under a starry sky. Owing to the secluded location, it is recommended to arrive by car and there is plenty of parking space on the enclosed site.

In the centre of Karlovici about 3km away you can find all everyday essentials: shops, an ATM and a good range of cafés and restaurants. It is about 20km to the blue Adriatic and the nearest beach.

The light holiday apartment occpies half of the two-storey natural stone house. The living space of 80m² provides an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room on the ground floor provides a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player and a wooden dining table with six chairs. The built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-zone gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. The bedroom on the lower floor is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm). Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the second bedroom, furnished the same as the first. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. There is a separate storage room outside with a washing machine for shared use. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge. A cot can be provided on request for a small fee.

    “Wir waren im Mai/Juni 2019 zwei Wochen in dem kleinen Haus und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Anwesen war wunderschön, alles üppig grün und zauberhaft bepflanzt. Außerdem können wir wärmstens das von den Besitzern hergestellte Olivenöl empfehlen, wir haben uns 3 Liter mit nach Hause genommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Anwesen zu 100% empfehlen.”

    “Wir haben einen echten Traumurlaub in einer wunderschönen und ganz besonders liebevoll angelegten und sehr gepflegten Anlage verbringen dürfen!
    Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer bemüht zu helfen!
    Wer es puristisch, geschmackvoll und schlicht aber edel liebt, wird hier eine tolle Zeit verbringen! Die alte Anlage ist mit so viel Herzblut und Liebe zum Detail restauriert, es war einfach nur wunderschön!
    Gerade mit unseren beiden Hunden fanden wir es besonders optimal, da die Wohnung eine kleine Umzäunung bot, mit einer Pforte, so dass sich andere in der Anlage nicht gestört fühlten und man trotzdem die Tür stressfrei offen stehen lassen konnte, die die Hunde dann überall herumlaufen konnten!
    Ein Tag am Pool einfach nur Faulenzen, hier war es möglich!”

    “Tolles altes Bauernhaus, sehr schön und mit viel Liebe renoviert. Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen
    Tolle Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, extra Gartenhaus (wenn die Kinder mal alleine Übernachten möchten!).
    Volleyballfeld sowie viel Freiraum zum spielen.
    Super Pool und tolle Grillstelle mit schönem überdachten Freisitz.”
