Superior Apartment in Varoš with Communal Parking, Close to Stara gradska vijećnica

This well-presented superior apartment is in the Meje district, an elite and quiet residential area of Split. The apartment with 65m² of living space is on the second floor of the building and can accommodate three to four guests in absolute privacy. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (190 x 200cm), a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The centerpiece of the apartment is the living and dining room with a well-equipped modern kitchen including a dishwasher to relieve you of the washing up. The living room adjoining the kitchen has a dining table, a comfortable corner sofa (double sofa bed), a coffee table and air conditioning. The modern bathroom comprises a shower, WC, hairdryer and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The accommodation has WiFi Internet access included in the price. Dishwasher tabs and some detergent are available. The living and dining room and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment has a furnished balcony inviting you to relax. The apartment offers a partial sea view. There are public parking spaces in the nearby parking deck.

Whether it is a grocery shop, green market, bakery or beaches, everything is nearby and within walking distance. It is a minute’s walk to three supermarkets, a big market, ATMs, post office, pharmacy and a fast-food restaurant. The Lungomare promenade is just 200 metres away and within easy access. It is 300 metres to the 11-km-long beach and five minutes to the Diocletian Palace and the Split city centre. Various higher and medium standard restaurants, a pizzeria and an ice cream stand are within 300 metres. Even Marjan Park, the green lung of the town and ideal for sports activities and recreation, is a short distance away.

    “Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt, es hat uns gut gefallen, es ist sehr sauber, ansprechend ausgestattet, hat einen empfehlenswerten perfekten Zuschnitt und ein neues Bad mit einer Regendusche, sogar ein Gäste-WC. Vor allen Dingen ist es sehr ruhig, trotz der vier Etagen hört man keine Nachbarn. Allerdings muss man nachts wegen der davor befindlichen Straße im Schlafzimmer die Balkontür geschlossen halten. Wir haben dann gut geschlafen, hierfür hat auch die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer gesorgt - im Wohnzimmer auch vorhanden - , zumal es im Juni oft sehr heiß war.
    Es gibt drei Balkone, vor der Küche möbliert, schöner Blick auf einen Teil des Hafens.

    Die Lage ist ideal, gegenüber der auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen geöffnete Supermarkt, die Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke und der Hafen, die Strandpromenade sowie die Altstadt und der nächste Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können das Appartement nur empfehlen.”

    “Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber sind überaus zuvorkommend. Es ist sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Es gibt ein modernes Bad und noch zusätzlich ein Gäste-WC. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße raus, so dass man morgens definitiv die Balkontür schließen sollte. Wir haben dann halt alle anderen Balkontüren geöffnet (es gibt insgesamt 3 zu dieser Wohnung, wobei nur einer möbliert ist, was aber ausreichend ist) und damit war dennoch für eine gute Durchlüftung gesorgt. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral, so dass die Strandpromenade mit Marina, die Altstadt und auch die Bademöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Wir können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.”
