Holiday home with a separate flat, a private pool and roof terrace near the beach

This cosily furnished holiday home is quietly located, surrounded by other single family and holiday homes. Other than many of the other homes on this neighbourhood, which are built in a slope, this house is on a mostly level property. It is about 800 meters to the ocean and the beach.

The 166 m² house has two floors, fully heated. Upstairs you will find the living room, furnished with a flat screen television, a fireplace and a fan; adjacent is the open plan, fully loaded kitchen with a dining area. Additionally, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; one of the bathrooms is ensuite. The master bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, has air conditioning and a fan and grants access to the pool patio. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and is furnished with two 0.90 x 2.00 m single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. Adjacent to this room is a dressing room, furnished with a 0.90 x 1.90 m single bed for a child. A washing machine is at your disposal free of charge in the bathroom. Downstairs is a flat with a separate entrance with a living/dining room, a fully loaded kitchen, an air conditioned bedroom and a bathroom. This bedroom offers a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m) and has access to the pool patio. The living room boasts a sofa bed for two (1.50 x 2.00 m).

The fully enclosed property houses the pool, which is designed as a bar and has a corner where you can sit. The pool is surrounded by seating accommodation. There is also an outdoor shower (hot/cold water). A barbecue is at your disposal. Butane gas for use of the Paellera is available at a small fee. Enjoy the ocean views from the roof terrace. The property offers parking for two cars under a carport. An additional third parking space is available.

Free Wi-Fi is available. The house has central gas heating. The living room can be heated with the fireplace. Propane gas and firewood can be made available at a small fee.

A German bakery is accessible on foot (500 meters). It is 2 km to the nearest grocery store, with a bakery, a butcher and a fish and cheese deli. The area is ideal for hiking. It is 700 meters to a beach bar. This beach is a pebble beach and great for snorkelling. It is 5 km to the closest sandy beach. We highly recommend a visit to Valencia and the waterfalls in Algar. Mundomar Park is popular with families with children. Other destinations worth a visit include the mountain village Guadalest, Benidorm and the Parque Natural del Peñón de Ifach, very popular with rock climbers.

    “Maison idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille ou entres amis.
    Très spacieuse, ensoleillement toute la journée, différents endroits joliment décorés et aménagés pour se reposer déjeuner diner...
    Sans parler de la piscine et son petit coin bar que du bonheur!!!
    Endroit calme et paisible à quelques minutes des commerces, et non loin du centre de Moraira.”

    “We genoten met ons gezin van een fantastische vakantie in deze ideale en zeer knusse vakantiewoning.Alle faciliteiten zijn er aanwezig , bovendien beschikt de woning over gezellige buitenterrasjes rondom het huis en dakterras waar je heerlijk kan ontbijten en dineren .

    Zeer gastvrije eigenaars die ons zeer warm onthaalden en nuttige weetjes en tips meegaven over de streek .

    “Sehr gute Ausstattung es ist mehr vorhanden als wir gewohnt waren
    umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche sodaß man sehr gut 6 Personen beköstigen kann.
    Viele Extras wie Grundausstattung Filtertüten Kaffee Tee Gewürze sind vorhanden .
    Sehr nette Geste der Vermieter Wasser Rotwein Weisswein Bier Obst als Willkommensgeschenk im Kühlschrank
    Aussen Holzkohlegrill zusätzlich Gasgrill und auch noch ein Brenner für eine Paella Pfanne .
