This beautiful villa with private pool in Porreres, welcomes 6 people.

This beautiful house of only one level has a private chlorine pool , with a size of 10 m x 5 m and a depth ranging between 1.20 m and 2 m, a furnished terrace, 6 sun loungers and for people who love to cook outside there is a barbecue.

When you enter the house you will see a cozy living room, where you can watch satellite TV or relax on the comfortable sofa. In the spacious and fully equipped kitchen you can cook with your family. The house has a washing machine,an iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with two double beds, one of them with a private bathroom and the third bedroom has two single beds. For our younger guests we can prepare a baby bed and a highchair. This beautiful house has two bathrooms. A bathroom with tub and a bathroom with shower.

To have a spectacular sunset view, feel free to go to the beaches of Ses Covetes and Sa Rapita,here are sandy beaches where you can admire the sunset with a delicious cocktail. In this area there are several bars and restaurants offering the typical Majorcan kitchen. The beach of Es Trenc, famous for people visiting Mallorca, is 20 km long. Other beaches that are worth being visited are Cala Anguila, Porto Cristo and Porto Colom, among many others.

    “Ligging van het complex is desolaat en in de directe nabijheid geen geen (basale) faciliteiten. Uitrit van het terrein is levensgevaarlijk vanwege zeer slecht overzicht. Naast wat verouderde borden, pannen en wat bestek (zeer beperkt), geen glazen en drinkgerei. Moesten zelf in de supermarkt wegwerpbekers en bestek kopen. Verder geen airconditioning aanwezig. Om de vaatwasser aan te zetten, moest er buiten een aggregaat gestart worden. Daarbij mocht de vaatwasser niet warmer dan 40 C. De eigenaar kwam iedere dag het terrein op om zijn waakhonden uit te laten. Daarnaast is hij zonder ons bijzijn ook nog het huis binnengetreden omdat hij een deur niet had afgesloten. Hier werden per email over ingelicht. Wij gaan dit huis aan niemand anders aanbevelen; zeer slecht.”
