This holiday home is ideal for a holiday close to the sea as the beach is within walking distance. The property has an outdoor area, a large covered porch with panoramic views of the sea of Ribera and Sciacca. From the balcony on the first floor you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea while you drink a cup of coffee or a glass of good Sicilian wine. Not far away, in Sciacca, is a well-known golf course. The house allows you to spend a relaxing holiday. It offers a well-kept outdoor area around the veranda with numerous plants, which are typical for the Mediterranean area, such as palm trees and "zabbare". Only a few kilometres from the villa you can visit many different places of cultural and tourist interest, such as the town of Sciacca, the cathedral of Caltabellotta, the archaeological park of Selinunte, the salt ponds and islands of Trapani, the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento or the famous Scala dei Turchi (Stairs of the Turks). The airports of Trapani and Palermo are about 110 km away from here.

    “Tolle Lage, genau wie beschrieben, Bilder passen 100 %. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die 3 Häuser liegen sehr einsam und ruhig. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Sandstrand ist stark mit Steinen durchsetzt, deshalb 1 * weniger. Steiler Asphaltweg, ca. 200 m, zum Strand. Betten entsprechen nicht ganz dem europäischen Standard. Relativ einfache Ausstattung. (Besteck, Töpfe, Gläser). Aber für einen Urlaub insgesamt perfekt. Bei mehr als 2 Personen fehlt sicherlich eine Spülmaschine. Die innenliegende Dusche ist schon sehr, sehr eng. Der Preis für das Haus ist absolut angemessen.”
