The living room, which grants access to the balcony, offers unobstructed views of the ocean and the fortress and former monastery of Insua. Wireless internet access is available.
Outside, there are two balconies: one faces the ocean and is accessible from the living room. The other balcony faces the surrounding houses and is accessible from the kitchen. Parking is available in a parking space at the house.
The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday thanks to the proximity to the ocean (30 m). The centre of town can easily be reached on foot (200 m). Restaurants, a grocery store and shops can be found in town.
