Beautiful Holiday House in Inachori with Free Parking and Nature Views

Villa Kimothoe is an Impressive 4 bedroom luxury villa. It overlooks Livadia bay on the west side of Crete. It is specially chosen by families and groups of friends. It lies like a goddess on the slope of a hill offering the most magnificent sea views. Special feature of Kimothoe villa its lavish terrace hosting the private swimming pool 13, 5 x 4,5 m & the western shaded dining area. On its south side large sea rocks create a small forest full of trees, bushes, flowers and herbs. The main entrance is on the west side which leads to a rather impressive interior. The ground floor is consisted of one twin bedroom & one triple bedroom with en-suite bathrooms. The spacious open-plan area hosts the living, dining and the fully equipped kitchen. A dark brown wooden staircase adjoins the ground floor to the first floor. There are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms one with Jacuzzi on the first floor. The bedrooms have direct access to the western balcony overlooking the sea whereas only the master bedroom has access to an eastern terrace with views of the mountains, olive yards & a view of the Elafonisi Lagoon. Check out is 11:00 latest and check in is 15:00 earliest giving. Check in and check out can be made without a person to person contact (upon request)

The nearby sea is rocky, but only 12 km away is one of the most famous Cretan beaches named Elafonissi with crystal waters and coral sandy grounds. It is organized and it attracts thousand of visitors every year. Chania is a beautiful city with many things to do and see. It has museums, churches, you can walk at the old town and the Venetian port. The atmosphere has a touch of Florence and Venice combined with the culture and character of Cretan people and traditions.

    “Wir verbrachten vier herrliche Wochen in diesem wunderbaren Haus! Die Anfahrt von Heraklion durch die Berge, vorbei an kleinen Dörfern und malerischen Schluchten ist wunderschön und dauert ca 3 1/2 Stunden.
    Die Inhaber, die in dem kleinen Lokal gleich bei dem Haus auf uns warteten, nahmen uns herzlich in Empfang und kümmerten sich rührend um unsere individellen Belange. Die Lage und der Blick des Hauses ist herrlich, aber weit ab vom Schuss... also kulturelle Highlights kann man nur mit einer längeren Autofahrt genießen. Elafonissi Beach ist ein Traum. Geht man den Hügel hinunter, auf dem man wohnt, so ist da ein einsames Naturbad. Kristallklares Wasser das hin und wieder von den Bewohnern des Dörfchens genutzt wird, daneben ein kleiner Imbiss mit wunderbaren Blick auf die Lybische See.
    Es ist ruhig und entspannt, wenn man von den Zikaden absieht, aber wenn man mit denen nicht Zurecht kommt sollte man Griechenland grundsetzlich meiden!
    Also wir haben NICHTS auszusetzten!”
