- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed.

This exclusive and eye-catching property is located in a large plot of lovely mallorquin landscape. The house is composed by 4 double bedrooms:


- Bedroom 1: Double bed


- Bedroom 2: Double bed


- Bedroom 3: 2 single bed


- Bedroom 4: 2 single bed in a open & spacius area


and 2 complete bathrooms + 1 toilette. The spacious dining room offers large views to the garden and pool while the living room is equipped with a typical fireplace.


The modern kitchen is fully equipped and present a dedicated area with table and chairs. The house is 350 square meters and tl ground covers 15,000 meters. The beautiful surroundings of this country house are composed of green area with palm trees, a large pool with outdoor hot water shower, a private tennis course (with artificial lights) and a BBQ place for the long evening summer or winter nights, since you will also enjoy a special covered area.


Bunyola is a restful township located at the meeting point between the Tramuntana mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. This house is located in a valley near the picturesque Mallorquin train to Sóller.

Official check in time is 17:00 and check out time is 11:00.  


A deposit is required to secure booking. Refundable security deposit is required.


The price includes all running costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.  


Heating costs are not included in the price and will be charged, being 20 € /night.

Once confirmed the booking, a written confirmation will be sent to the guest, requested to be signed accepting the house rules.  


The “ECOTASA” (tourist tax) has to be paid in CASH on check in day. 


It is UTMOST IMPORTANT to fill up the guest information. According to Organic Law 4/2015, it is obliged to identify all travelers and to draw up a Traveler Record Book.

Cancellation ist possible according to the general terms and conditions of the provider e-domizil AG .

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 61st day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “Sauberkeit:
    Alles sehr schön.
    Lage:
    "im Nirgendwo", kein Verkehr, keine Touristen, kaum Nachbarn, für uns genau richtig, nachts sind allerdings alle möglichen Tiere zu hören.
    Zustand:
    Sehr schön, allerdings sind die nächsten Jahre sicher Investitionen zur Wartung / Pflege des Hauses und der Außenanlagen notwendig
    Zimmer:
    Alle sehr schön. Ein Zimmer ist in einer offenen Galerie d.h. nicht geschlossen, da hier auch kein hohes Geländer ist (offen zum Wohnzimmer) und es kein Treppenschutzgitter zum Aufgang gibt, ist es nicht gerade ungefährlich für Kinder.
    Auch gibt es keine Klimaanlagen, das könnte im Hochsommer ganz schön heiß werden...
    Pool:
    Einwandfrei, in einem Bereich nicht so tief ca. 80cm, also gut für Kinder - Pool ist allerdings nicht umzäunt, gleiches gilt für den Teich.
    Außenanlage:
    Der Tennisplatz und die Hühner/Gans sorgt für nette Abwechslung, die große Terrasse sorgt für gemütliche Stunden

    Alles in allem, eine sehr schöne Finca!”
