Exit to the patio. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Large terrace 150 m2, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, covered balcony. Very beautiful view of the sea.     “Dette hus er ikke gentog et hus men en ferielejlighed beliggende væg til væg med ejerens lejlighed. Det er derfor misvisende at den i TUI søgningen fremkommer som “feriehus”. Bygningen er meget lydt - så hvis man ønsker fred er det ikke stedet. Det er småt med privatliv da ejeren og andre flere gange dagligt skal passere terrasse og pool område for at komme til sin nyttehave. Han er flink og meget talende og deler gerne ud af sine grøntsager :-), men vi havde nok forventet noget mere privat.
    Hus og have er lidt ældet, slidte have møbler og skrøbelig pool kant som brister når man går på den - huset står til salg.
