Renovated building dating back to 1904 with eight holiday apartments, some with a balcony, a shared garden and private car parking spaces, at the heart of the Alps and on the outskirts of Innsbruck

The location of this accommodation on the outskirts of Innsbruck allows you to enjoy the Alpine nature, as well as the advantages of the cultural and Olympic town.

The apartments offer you the peace and quiet of past times, along with modern-day comfort. All the rooms have heating and there is Wi-Fi reception. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building.

Some of the apartments have a balcony. The garden is for the shared use of all guests. A private car parking space is also available.

The owners also live on site and are happy to present their favourite tours, which are all right on the doorstep.

You find yourself in the middle of the historic city of Innsbruck: from cultural treasures such as the famous "Golden Roof" and the imperial Hofburg, to the location of the annual Bergisel show jumping to the extensive shopping tour in the old town of Innsbruck or one of the surrounding shopping centers - it's up to you countless possibilities open. Innsbruck is the sports city par excellence.
Within a radius of only 30 minutes you can reach numerous ski areas in winter as well as wonderful swimming lakes and hiking areas with rustic huts in summer.
Particularly popular: the hiking trails directly behind the Kasperhof. Extensive hiking trails and demanding mountain peaks await you right behind the house. You just cross our orchard and find yourself in the dense network of hiking trails in the Innsbruck Nordkette.

The city in front of the house and nature behind
All visitors are always surprised at how quickly they can get up from Innsbruck city center and how far away the city suddenly seems when they are behind the house. Because then you only see the horses, the meadows with the fruit trees and the forest from which the Nordkette protrudes. For your leisure time planning, this means that you can be in Innsbruck's city center in a few minutes and step into the dense hiking network of the Nordkette directly from the apartment door.
