From the living room on the 1st floor of this comfortable and well maintained house there offer a nice view of the located 20 meters from the lake IJsselmeer. On the ground floor you have access to the terrace. The house is located on the harbor with a boat rental in the characteristic village Stavoren, an old Frisian town. A boat tour van Stavoren to Enkhuizen, the IJsselmeer can relax and enjoy and visit Amsterdam.
In the area there are plenty of water sports such as swimming, fishing, surfing, sailing, etc. Take a bike ride along the dikes (Caution grazing cattle). The cities Workum is easily accessible. We recommend a visit to the typical villages Hindeloopen and Sneek. You want in Sneek safely shop till you drop and enjoy the house gardens. Neighboring house HFR033. The house is a public parking for one car. Other cars have to be parked in the public parking near the railway station in Stavoren.
