Das Erdgeschoss, etwa 30 m² groß, besteht aus folgenden Zimmern: Ein Wohnzimmer mit Flatscreen-Fernseher, Klimaanlage und Einzel- Schlafcouch; ein Schlafzimmer daneben gelegen mit Doppelbett; eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Essecke sowie ein angrenzendes Bad mit Dusche und Bidet.
Die Terrasse ist mit Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirm und zwei Gartenliegen ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt und somit auch für Kinder und Hunde bestens geeignet.
Die Entfernung zum Strand beträgt ca. 500m. Der Strand ist über eine Rampe erreichbar, so dass auch z.B. ein Kinderwagen oder Bollerwagen mitgenommen werden kann. Das Ortszentrum mit Restaurants und Supermärkten ist ca. 50m entfernt.
