Beautiful vacation home in the countryside, on the slopes of the Chiana Valley and 6 km from Arezzo. The house is bright and cozy, has several covered terraces and large private outdoor areas. Living room with fireplace and kitchen on the ground floor, with exit to two terrace seating areas; in front of the bedrooms on the 1st floor are balconies with unique views. On the property there is a barbecue, a sunny lawn with deck chairs, children's games and a refreshing fountain ? quite a place to relax and at the same time conveniently located for activities such as trekking, biking along the Chiana Canal, horseback riding (3km); in no time you can reach Arezzo, with its lovely old town, the Piazza Grande and the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco; - don't miss the great antique market every first weekend of the month! You can also visit the picturesque Castiglion Fiorentino (8 km) and the picturesque Etruscan town of Cortona (20km); Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands is about 30 km away; or visit Siena with the most beautiful square in the world, the "Piazza del Campo" (80km) and the Umbrian capital Perugia (70km). Shopping; food and drink, stores of all kinds at Olmo (3km). The house is distributed on two levels.
