    “TOP ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit allen erdenklichen Extras. Neuwertiger Status, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ruhige gehobene Wohnlage. Schöner Blick auf die Lagune und das Meer. Auto erforderlich, da die nächsten Restaurants oder Geschäfte rd. 3 km entfernt sind. Luxeriöse Schlafzimmer mit begehbaren Kleiderschränken.
    Betten allerdings quietschend und Matratzen hart (Spanplatte).
    Das etwas in die Jahre gekommene Terassenmobiliar soll lt. Aussage des Verwalters im nächsten Jahr ausgetauscht werden. Pool und Poolliegen sowie Auflagen sehr schön.
    Netter Empfang mit kostenfreier Erstausstattung von Lebensmitteln und Getränken.
    Reibungslose Abwicklung.”
