Cottage house Loborika is a beautiful and newly built house in the hinterland of Istria, surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery. The house with a pool (21 sqm) is located far from the noise of mass tourism and the city. Cottage house Loborika is built on a land of 2600 sqm and has its own fenced plot. The house is modern and beautifully decorated, ideal for a romantic, quiet and relaxed holiday. It consists of: one bedroom with double bed,a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster and water kettle. Next to the bedroom there are also armchairs where you can enjoy a sunset by the morning coffee or a glass of wine at night to watch the sun. The house Loborika has free wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV, bed linen and towels. In front of the house is a barbecue with garden furniture. Guests have access to a large, fenced yard with pool, sun loungers and umbrellas. Private parking is inside the yard. NOTE! For adventurists only, possibility of seeing different animals in the property surroundings, but nothing to be worried about!

    “Das Objekt ist für einen ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub in der Natur optimal geeignet.
    Dem Gast steht ein großes, vollständig umzäuntes Areal von ca. 3000 m² zur alleinigen Verfügung und ist nicht direkt einsehbar.
    Durch seine Größe ist es auch gut geeignet für einen Urlaub mit Hund.

    Der Pool ist etwa 6x3m groß und ca. 160 cm tief. Zudem steht auch eine Außendusche zur Verfügung die zusätzliche Abkühlung ermöglicht.

    Die Möblierung und Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig wie auf den Bildern des Angebots zu sehen.

    Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, auch wenn es eine Weile gedauert hatte, bis das Ganze Häuschen nach dem Einschalten die gewünschte Temperatur erreichte.

    Sehr positiv war, dass an Bad-, Küchentüre- und -fenster ein Mückennetz fest angebracht ist, damit man jederzeit Lüften oder bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen kann ohne ungebetenen Besuch von draußen zu erhalten.

    Im Allgemeinen waren wir überrascht, dass NICHT viele Insekten unterwegs waren.

    Der Fernsehempfang, der meisten deutschen Programme war jederzeit sehr gut, was zur WM-Zeit sehr wichtig war ;)

    Das WLAN bot ebenfalls einen guten und schnellen Zugang zum Internet.

    Wir werden auf jeden Fall das Objekt wieder buchen falls wir in dieser Gegend wieder Urlaub machen.”
