You will feel right at home in the bright, modern vacation apartment Aragon in the village of Ernen near Fiesch and the Aletsch Arena.
The apartment is spread over two floors. On the second floor is the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, freezer and other amenities, as well as the cozy living room and a bathroom with shower. The balcony on the same floor also offers you a breathtaking panoramic view towards Brig and the surrounding mountain ranges.
Through the spiral staircase you reach the second floor of the apartment. There you will find the two bedrooms, one of which has a sauna. On the floor you will also find a separate bathroom with shower.
The apartment has its own parking space in the underground garage, which is located about 50 meters from the apartment. You can reach the apartment itself via an outside staircase. You can use the common washing machine for a fee.

To make your vacations in Valais perfect, the outdoor area with playground for the children, ping pong and garden chess and the barbecue area are available for common use. In winter, the slopes of the Aletsch region with the Aletsch glacier, Riederalp, Bettmeralp and Fiescheralp as well as the cross-country skiing region of Gums, can be reached in a few minutes. These regions are ideal for hiking in summer.

Summer

Hiking birds watch out: Hardly anywhere does nature offer a more impressive hiking backdrop than in the region of the Aletsch Arena. What's more: the region is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch and is therefore a unique natural landscape that is particularly worthy of protection. Hike along the edges of the Great Aletsch Glacier; a tour that brings you close to the four-thousand-meter peaks of the Valais. Also breathtaking is the crossing of the Aletsch forest with its up to 900 year old Swiss stone pines. There are 300 kilometers of hiking trails to discover. I wonder how many days it will take you? No matter how long it takes, you can always return to your cozy vacation home. The prerequisite is, of course, that you book early and for enough time.
Also very close to you is the regional nature park "Landscape Park Binntal". The park is known for its mineral wealth and diverse flora and fauna. A special highlight of the region around Ernen is the 280m long ?Goms Bridge?, which crosses the Rhone in Fürgangen, above Fiesch. Ernen itself was awarded the Wakker Prize at the end of the 1970s for the wonderfully preserved buildings such as the Tellenhaus with the oldest Tell frescoes in Switzerland or the Kapuzinerhaus.

Winter

From Ernen you will find wonderful winter hiking trails, such as the 4km long trail from Ernen via Obere Binnegga to Ausserbinn. Also, between Ernen and Steinhaus, six kilometers of classic cross-country ski trails are prepared for guests every winter.
In the region around Fiesch skiing and snowboarding are a lot of fun! 104 km of perfectly groomed slopes open up the dream slopes between the resorts of Riederalp, Bettmeralp and Fiesch-Eggishorn in the nearby Aletsch Arena. The altitude of the ski area between 1,845 and 2,869 m guarantees perfect conditions from December to April. The sun spoils you abundantly in the high above the Rhone valley. Pure fun on the slopes for everyone ' from beginners to professionals ' is guaranteed. The friends of snowboarding can be just as pleased: In various snow parks, half pipes and on the freeride routes, snowboarders and freeriders can let off steam. Even if "snowboard" means "snow slab": You are perfectly protected from avalanches and natural snow slabs thanks to excellent slope protection on the official slopes.
