This ground floor apartment forms part of a private residence and is situated on a hill with beautiful views of the Bay of Agay. It is just 3km from the seaside village of Agay, which is renowned for its stunning surroundings, with views of the Mediterranean and the Esterel hills, which lie to the west of the village. The village is home to a long sandy beach, where you can discover a selection of beachside shops and cafes and try your hand at a range of water sports.

The holiday home benefits from spacious swimming pool (12m x 5.5m). Inside, decor is rustic, with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and living area. The homeowner occasionally resides on the top floor.

    “Das Haus liegt eher abgelegen in der Höhe. Die Aussicht ist dafür schön. Das Haus und die komplette Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Die Sauberkeit (vor allem in der Küche und im Bad/WC ) lässt zu wünschen übrig. Es ist alles schmuddelig. Die Ausstattung der Küche, der Räume etc - na ja... Es regnete in einem Schlafzimmer durch die Decke hinein.
    Für uns stimmt die Preis-Leistung nicht (auch außerhalb der Saison im Oktober, als wir dort waren).     “Die Lage ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung gut mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Liegestühlen etc. ausgestattet, das einzige was fehlt ist ein Fernseher, wenn man es unbedingt habe müsste. Das Schwimmbad ist schön gelegen, und sehr sauber.”

    “Das Haus hat eine absolut hammermäßige Aussicht, der Außenbereich und der Pool sind wunderschön. Drinnen fehlt ganz klar ein Geschirrspüler. Der Besitzer war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen und werde gerne wieder gehen.”
