Holiday home just 4km from Chania Venetian Port

Detached holiday villa in nature: The holiday villa is located just 4km from Chania, West Crete, and 5 mins from 4 beaches: Ag.Apostoloi, Iguana, Camp and Golden Beach.
-It is in a sparsely-built area of olive groves, between the hamlet of Kalithea (Belle-View) and the village of Daratso.
-Set on the hillside of a fenced olive grove with unobstructed views over the valley of Chania and the imposing White Mountains (Lefka Ori).

House of 150sqm, spread over 2 floors, with original Cretan terracotta-tiled floors and Cretan Marble in the bathrooms. The villa offers: - 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with a double-bed, 1 room with twin beds or double-bed). - 2 bathrooms (1 tub/shower, 1 shower) and 1 extra separate toilet. Plus an extra open air shower outside in the North Terrace. Layout: - Ground Floor: Large Open space comprising of Living area, Fireplace Corner, Dining area and Kitchen, the WC, one bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower) - 1st Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 Double, 1 double/twin), 1 bathroom (tub/shower), roofed balcony

North Terrace and garden with a dining table (and a hammock) and open-air Shower, surrounded by a citrus orchard (oranges, mandarins, lemons and bergamot).

    “From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something extraordinary. Our host, Lefteris, provided an exceptional level of hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable holiday in his beautiful home in Crete.

    The house itself is a real gem. This spacious villa offers ample room and comfort for the whole family. Each room is air-conditioned for maximum comfort, and the three bathrooms ensured convenience for all of us. The living room, with its two comfortable sofas and large table, quickly became our favorite gathering spot.

    The home is nestled within a lush park that can only be described as a nature lover's paradise. Here, you'll find a feast for the eyes and soul with numerous citrus trees, olives, and flowers. Picking fruits straight from the trees for our morning breakfasts on the terrace, accompanied by freshly squeezed juice, became a beloved ritual.

    This property offers more than just comfort inside. Outside, the outdoor barbecue and generous green spaces created the perfect setting for moments of pure joy and relaxation. Plus, just a quick 5-minute drive away, we discovered a beach with calm and crystal-clear waters - a perfect spot for families, especially for our little three-year-old, Leonardo.

    Lefteris is more than just a host. His warmth and willingness to cater to our needs made him feel like a friend. His unparalleled hospitality greatly enhanced our stay and we're looking forward to returning to this charming home.

    We can't recommend this place enough - it's a 100% must-stay location for anyone visiting Crete. Truly a hidden gem in every sense of the word.”

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr groß (3 SZ, 3 Badezimmer, 3 Terrassen) und es fehlt an nichts. Von der oberen Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Weitblick über das Tal und die Berge.
    Das Haus liegt in einem Garten mit Oliven- und Orangenbäumen.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um alles.
    Wir haben dort zwei wunderschöne Wochen verlebt.”

    “The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The two large terrasses are very nice. Lefteris is a very friendly and helpfull host, with all kind of tips for trips restaurants, and more. It's a perfect place for relaxing and a good starting point for trips over the island. And it is nearby four lovely beaches. The house is absolutly recommendable!”

    “A fine house, with all desirable facilitys. There’s a lot of space for relaxing.
    A perfect place for making trips to Chania, or the (western) rest of the island.
    Lefteris is a very helpfull host with all kind of suggestions for trips, restaurants and so on.

    Beautiful home-from-home, only 10 minutes from the Venetian Port of Chania and 10 minutes from 4 stunning beaches and yet peaceful and secluded with magnificent views from the large terrace over olive and citrus groves and the White Mountains beyond. The house is modern and fully equipped and the spacious accommodation cleverly arranged over 2 floors. My kids thought it was the best holiday we had had together - so did I !”
