Apartment in Dahme with Private Parking and Wonderful View

We offer you a generously equipped apartment of around 55m² with a balcony, in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac in the lovely Baltic Sea spa town Dahme, just 500 metres from the beach. It is the place with the most hours of sunshine in Germany, around 1800 hours a year, with a mild maritime climate. The 1.8-kilometre-long beach promenade affords a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. There are many shops, gastronomy, events and free Wi-Fi here.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of six people It has two bedrooms each with two single beds. It is possible to add a travel cot and a highchair free of charge. The living room-bedroom provides a double bed in a corner, a sofa suite with a coffee table, satellite TV, a dining corner and a kitchen unit, equipped with a fridge and freezer compartment, a convection stove with an oven and ceramic hob, an extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, mixer and crockery. The shower room with a window also has a coin-operated washing machine. There are washing lines in the garden.

The apartment has a car parking space. There are bicycle parking spaces on our neighbouring site, along with a children’s playground (sandpit, swings and slide) and a cosy grill corner with a stone grill, which guests at this apartment can use. Garden furniture is provided. The site is fenced.

At the end of the cul-de-sac there is a path you can use to get straight to the beach or the bakery. In and around Dahme you can find a seawater swimming pool, a surf school, minigolf courses, go-cart rental, a chess game with large chess pieces, boat hire by the pier, a riding school, bicycle hire and lovely cycle paths, the Dahmeshöved lighthouse 39 metres high between Dahme and Kellenhusen, the donkey park in Nessendorf with donkey and cart rides, the Bananenmuseum and the Hansapark in Sierksdorf, the marine centre on Fehmarn, the Zoo Arche Noah in Grömitz etc.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso eingerichtet wie angegeben und auf den Bilder zu erkennen ist.
    Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ordentlich.
    Auch das Bad war blitzeblank.
    Für den Preis und die wunderbare Lage ist die Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.
    Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
    Es ist alles an Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden.
    Die Waschmaschine kann man nur mit Münzeinwurf einschalten.
    Aber 0,50€ pro 20 Minuten ist nicht viel, wenn man mal schnell eine kurze Wäsche startet.”

    “Sauber, schlicht aber trotzdem sehr bequem und gemütlich. Lage ist nicht direkt am Strand aber man läuft zu Fuß ca. 5-8 Minuten also macht das nichts. Parkmöglichkeiten sowie einen Platz zum Grillen sind da. Herd und Mikrowelle für die Versorgung reichen eigentlich auch aus, ein Backofen wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Ansonsten alles top. Super nette und freundliche Vermieter ;)”

    “Zuerst möchten wir uns ganz herzlich für die nette Bewertung bedanken. Auch wir haben Sie als nette und sehr angenehme Gäste empfunden. Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind ca. 500 m vom Strand entfernt, um die 5-8 Minuten nochmal zu erläutern.
    Die Küche haben wir genauestens beschrieben, deshalb müßte es bei der Buchung schon klar gewesen sein, dass es keinen Backofen gibt. Einen Backofen haben wir nicht, weil es sehr schwer ist, einen Backofen in der zur Verfügung stehenden Zeit, sauber zu halten.
