At this wonderful vacation home our guests have at their disposal the larger part of a beautiful country house with private pool (for your exclusive use). The vacation home is located in the middle of the countryside in the hills between the regions of Umbria and Lazio and has a wonderful panoramic view. The entire property consists of two separate residential units, separated by a pretty courtyard. The very discreet owners live in the smaller part of the house on the same property and have a separate entrance from the outside. Guests have access to an inviting covered porch with table and chairs, large outdoor garden areas and a barbecue. The part of the building occupied by our guests has two floors and offers tastefully decorated, spacious rooms. The location of the house is unique and nature lovers will get their money's worth here. In the immediate vicinity there are many interesting places to visit: Civita di Bagnoregio, also called the 'dying city', is only 7 km away, Orvieto with its wonderful cathedral 14 km, Lake Bolsena 14 km, Tuscania, the characteristic city of Etruscan origin, 45 km, Todi, known everywhere as the Italian city that offers one of the best quality of life, is 48 km away and Tarquinia with its wonderful fully preserved Etruscan tombs, its equipped beaches and the sea 70 km. If you want to visit Rome (132 km), you can reach the capital by car by taking the E35/A1 freeway access in Orvieto (17 km away). Alternatively, from Orvieto Scalo you can take the train directly to the center of Rome.
