Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room, without window with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Patio partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi).

    “Das Haus hat eine super Lage und sehr schöne Aussicht. Auch die Terrasse ist sehr schön, ebenso der Pool, welcher regelmäßig in Stand gehalten wurde. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr ungemütlich, es hat kleines Sofa und die Stühle aus Plastik sind auf dem Plattenboden sehr unangenehm und laut. Vor allen wenn in dem unteren Teil noch ein Schlafzimmer ist. Der Tisch ist viel zu klein und unpraktisch weil er in der Mitte zusammengeschraubt wurde, kaum zu glauben dass es für 6 Personen gedacht ist. Einen Teppich oder ein schönes sardisches Bild würde auch Ambiente und Gemütlichkeit geben. Ebenfalls haben wir ein Möbel für Ablage vermisst. Bettdecken waren für Oktober schon etwas dünn, leider hatte es keine dicken. Das Bett war in guter Qualität, ausgezeichnet. Auch viel Stauraum in den Schränken. Auch im Bad hat es keine ausreichende Ablage für 4 Personen. Nur 4 Schubladen. Wer will schon seine Sachen in kleinen Schubladen, wo man keine Übersicht hat. Ein Tablar wäre zu wünschen. Die Dusche im Parterre wäre i.O. wenn sie unten nur dicht wäre. Es ist das ganze Wasser unten hinausgelaufen. Außerdem funktionierten 3 Lampen im Wohnbereich nicht. Leider sind keine deutschen Sender empfangen worden. Ich bin davon ausgegangen, das dies der Fall ist.     “Erg mooi huis. Op een mooie plek. Gericht op mooi weer en buiten leven. Helaas hadden wij voornamelijk regen.

    Let op: de derde slaapkamer in het souterrain is alleen via de buitenzijde te bereiken. Heeft een eigen entree.

    Eigen zwembad is super. Watertemperatuur is in mei nog niet heel warm.

    Verder alles voorhanden. Auto is wel nodig.
    Al met al een leuk huis.”
