Exit to the patio. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the garden. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer). Air-conditioning (extra). On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 double bedroom, without window. 1 room, without window with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning (extra). Large patio partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. The house has an external kitchenette with a 4-burner stove and a small fridge.

Private: garden with flowers and trees, swimming pool (30 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket 7.5 km, shopping centre 11 km, restaurant 7.5 km, bar 2 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia Bianca" 2 km.     “Het vakantiehuis heeft een prachtig zwembad. Het loopt af en is in het midden verdiept. S avonds prachtig verlicht. Je kijkt uit over de zee en over de golf van aranchi.
    Keurig schoongemaakt. Het huis is geschikt voor 8 personen. 2 slaapkamers boven en 2 slaapkamers beneden. Je moet echt naar buiten om naar de beneden kamers te gaan. Wij hebben 3 kinderen en hebben een bed naar boven getild.
    Het servies was weinig voor 5 mensen , terwijl het huis voor 8 personen is.
    Een glazen veranda als verlenging van je huis met barbecue. Mooi!
    Buiten staat een tafel waar 4 personen kunnen zitten en een binnen bank.
    4 ligstoelen. Weinig plek als je met meerdere mensen gaat om te zitten buiten.
    Bij ons werkte de tv helemaal niet.
    3 dagen geen warmwater en verwarming gehad, meerdere printplaten gevonden dus dit komt vaker voor.
    Eerst kwamen er wat klusjesmannen langs die het niet konden maken . Na 5 dagen kwam er pas een echte cv monteur. Wij hadden via interhome geboekt.... zij wilden ons geen vaste oplossing bieden. Terwijl het een ****huis is , waar je veel geld voor betaald .
