Villa BERLIN is a pretty and comfortable house on one level with private pool and barbecue.
Villa Berlin is located in the center of Miami Playa close to amenities; restaurants and shops are at 350 m and supermarkets at 500 m. The beach area is only 650 meters away, from this point we have several best coves in Miami.
Casa Berlin has three double rooms, two with double beds and a third with bunk beds. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has a bathroom with shower and toilet; the kitchen is independent and has a complete equipment. In the garden there are flowers and plants, a private pool and a cozy barbecue area. A free parking is available.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.
