This new property is situated outside the small mountain village of Alaro. High-quality materials were used for the construction of this villa, to highlight the feel of a typical Spanish finca. The adjoining land is about 60,000 square metres and the beautiful pool is surrounded by a landscaped garden. A partly covered terrace invites you to barbecue. From the tower bedroom, you have access to the terrace with stunning panoramic view of the Serra de Tramuntana. Pool and garden will be maintained by the owner on a regular basis. Totally independent and separated by a high wall from the cottage, there is a small extended area of the house with its own entrance, which is occasionally used by the owners. Three rooms are air conditioned. By the pool, you can find small bathing huts with toilet and shower. The hot water is treated through a solar system, making it environmentally friendly.
