Well-maintained country house with spacious living areas. It is located on a very large plot, where trees grow, there is a gazebo and which extends to fenced lake of the neighboring property. It is very idyllic here. Olivia's house, as it is called, is located in the middle of the island of Langeland, 7 km from Rudkøbing. In Rudkøbing, the largest town on the island, you can expect picturesque houses, squares and narrow streets. A good mix of old and new provides charm. The floors of the house are made of wood and granite tiles. In front of the living room is a terrace facing southwest, from here you have a view of the lake. There is also a game room where you will be busy for many hours, entertainment can be found in it all year round. A nice vacation home with a good location.
